As for Abena,s family, they felt so embarrassed that they couldn,t even go near her. They abandoned her because she was disabled but she became the pil lar of support for the  family. This story is to tell all intellectually- and-physically challenged children not to give up in life. Instead, they should do so as to realise their 

She returned home and visited Mr Dadzie who felt very proud of her achievement . He also got to know from Abena,s experience that disability should not be a hindrance to one,s future goals. Abena later sat up a disabled enc rte where she taught and encouraged other disabled persons about how to overcome their disabilities.

This world is full of challenges.

Abena took that moment to thank Mr Dadzie for all that he had done for her and promised not to disappoint him after receiving treatment abroad. Luckily, her disability improved and it became less obvious.She continued her education to the university where she developed her writing skills and began to write chil den,s books  .She earned a lot from her  books and soon made a name for herself.

Mr Dadzie sent her to a good sec
nondary school .It was while she was
there that she met a lady who became
very fond of her.Like Mr Dadzie the first
time the woman set eyes on Abena she
became interested in her, and after get
ting to know that she was academically
good and was of good behavior, she
offered to take her abroad for treatment.
Abenn, therefore, introduced her new
friend to Mr Dadzie who readily agreed
to the lady,s requcest.
