Fadumo and her daughter live in a desperate condition. Ever since Fadumo lost both of her parents, she has lived with her aunt, who like her is a single mother of eight children .With tears in her eyes, she expressed, that her aunt was the breadwinner for their family . Due to this extreme situation , the children and the whole family are struggling sometimes lacking basic necessities such as food and clothes.

H4p christnas party project

Love is a universal language that is understood by all, young or or white or black , baled or disabled. At H4p we believe that the language of love is giving .Every year during the Christmas season, Hp organizes Christina parties for special Education schools, disability oriented organizations etc as way of expressing our love for persons with disability Over the past years, the H4p organization has hosted schools like, New Horizon special , Autism Awareness Care and Training Centre, Sharecare Ghana , etc. These Christmas parties give these special children an opportunity to experience the Joy of the festive season. This project is also aimed at appreciating all the efforts made by the teachers and caregivers in the various in the various institutions, to ensure that children with special needs are well taken care of . The H4p Organization therefore presents hampers to all teachers, dedicated parents and care givers to thank them for their selfless sacrifice during the year . The H4p Organization is passionate about bringing dignity to disability because H4p believes that children with disability disability deserve to be happy only during festive seasons but year round .

in may 2013, the H4p organization made history in Ghana when it established first ever inter - schools sports competition solely for students in special education schools . The H4p Organization believes that sports play an important role in the mental and physical development of children most especially children with special needs . The institution of H4p National lnter- schools  Disability fun Games is the therefore aimed at  identifying and developing the abilities of persons with disability in the area of sports. Creating of network between the various special schools in Ghana. Encouraging parents of children with disability to educate their wards since eligibility to partake in the event is based on enrollment in a special Education School. identifying potential sports men and women who can represent Ghana in the special Olympics . The Hp4 Organization has hosted four (4) editions of the fun games with over 4000 children with disability form various schools across the country participating key to the H4p Organization,s special Advocacy for persons with disability is bringing dignity to disability, we therefore ensure that we accord persons with disability the respect due them. Our annual FUN GAMES is here with us .This event is slated for Saturday 2nd April 2016 Time: 9am- 1.30 Attire: polo + Green  P. E shorts and sports shoes

 All pupils as well as parents should throughout, this is the only time of the year we come together as a family through the spirit of games and all participants  in the  various  sporting disciplines are considered as winners!! We look forward to seeing each and every one of you, invite friend, workmates, there will be lot of fun activities as well as a free health check. see you all!

She returned home and visited Mr Dadzie who felt very proud of her achievement . He also got to know from Abena,s experience that disability should not be a hindrance to one,s future goals. Abena later sat up a disabled enc rte where she taught and encouraged other disabled persons about how to overcome their disabilities.

Abena took that moment to thank Mr Dadzie for all that he had done for her and promised not to disappoint him after receiving treatment abroad. Luckily, her disability improved and it became less obvious.She continued her education to the university where she developed her writing skills and began to write chil den,s books  .She earned a lot from her  books and soon made a name for herself.
