What can we  do to fight these these problems? At
first, the government has to make people aware.
They have to explain to the people what disability is

people can react very hostile to disabled
people. When I was in my neighborhood tht
other day. I wanted to buy an eraser. I pointed
to the lady of the shop what I wanted to buy.
She did not want to sell anything and shouted.
Go away! You are a witch! This made
feel a bit sad. If I could tell her now, I would
say that it is fair. She doesn, t have to be
afraid!   

First, people have to understand what a
disability is sometimes it is very difficult for
them to understand . When a mother gives
birth, to is afraid when the child out is disabled.
She feels shy to bring the child out and she is
ashamed. Therefore, she keeps it inside and
does not go the doctor, or to school or
anywhere.  

I want all disabled people to get out of the
house, go to school and work, so they can
contribute to our beautiful country .  There and
a lot of disabled people that stay at home all
day. This is very unnecessary 





   

Special children always do their
Best when given access to education.
We plead to the government to
Offer us employment after we are
Trained .I know this is why new
Horizon special school came for us .
To educate us, to enlighten us, to
Offer us employment and make us
Equal to rest out- there.

Children are being hampered
Upon owning to the fact, that
Education is much important
They are not educated.
To special children like us. so we
Can show our talents too.
The special children are often
Abused because of their inability
To be educated.

In Ghana as much as in other counties there are
quite a few disabled children and adults .It can be very
our society. Disabled people to take active part in
same opportunities . Our special reporter Muktar 21
who is physically disabled himself has a dream; that
all people disabled or non - disabled are treated as
equal. He writhes about the problems he encounters
and shares with us his solutions.

I AM ONLY ONE.
I am only one.
But still I am one .
I cannot do everything.
But  still I can do something.
And because I cannot do everything.
I will not refuse to the something that I can do
